Day 1

Your Nepalese adventure begins with a warm welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport at 1:00 PM. Our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel in Thamel—Kathmandu's vibrant cultural hub, where narrow alleyways buzz with charming shops, cozy cafés, and an infectious local energy.

After settling in, embark on your first exploration of Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site brimming with the grandeur of Nepal’s Malla dynasty. Marvel at intricately carved temples, historic palace courtyards, and the sacred Kumari Ghar, home to the revered Living Goddess. As dusk falls, soak in the lively atmosphere of Basantapur, where street vendors, artisans, and the echoes of traditional Newari architecture create an unforgettable ambiance.

Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 2

After breakfast, embark on a short scenic drive to Bhaktapur, a living museum of medieval Newari culture where time seems to stand still. Wander through the UNESCO-listed Bhaktapur Durbar Square, surrounded by architectural marvels like the ornate 55-Window Palace, the towering Nyatapola Temple, and the melodious Vatsala Temple. Watch local potters craft exquisite ceramics using ancestral techniques in the Pottery Square, then savor the valley’s famed juju dhau (king curd) as you soak in the unhurried rhythm of daily life. As dusk falls, lose yourself in the labyrinth of brick-paved alleys lined with traditional wood-carved houses, where the golden light on terracotta tiles creates a magical atmosphere .

Overnight in Bhaktapur.

Day 3

After breakfast, we leave Bhaktapur for Dhulikhel, a charming hill town offering breathtaking Himalayan vistas and well-preserved Newari architecture. Adventurous travelers can embark on a 3-hour hike through terraced rice fields, rustic villages, and fragrant pine forests—one of Nepal's most rewarding short treks. Those preferring a relaxed journey can take the direct drive to Namobuddha, a sacred Buddhist site. Here, we'll visit the Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, a spiritual landmark tied to an ancient tale of Buddha's compassion. Surrounded by peaceful hills and crisp mountain air, Namobuddha provides the perfect setting for quiet contemplation.

Overnight in Namobuddha.

Day 4

After breakfast, we journey south to the timeless Newari villages of Bungamati and Khokana – living museums of medieval Nepali culture. In Bungamati, discover the sacred Rato Machhindranath Temple and watch master woodcarvers transform timber into intricate artworks. Just downstream in Khokana, witness an ancient tradition: farmers crushing mustard seeds using massive wooden presses to produce golden oil, just as their ancestors did.

As the sun sets, experience true Nepali hospitality during your homestay in a traditional Bungamati home. Share stories over a hearth-cooked meal, learn family recipes, and fall asleep to the quiet rhythms of village life – far from the tourist trail.

Overnight in Bungamati.

Day 5

After a heartfelt farewell to your Bungamati hosts, we return to Kathmandu for a day of spiritual discovery at the iconic Boudhanath Stupa – the largest spherical stupa in Nepal and a powerful center of Tibetan Buddhism. Join pilgrims in the sacred ritual of kora (circumambulation) as prayer wheels spin and colorful prayer flags flutter overhead. The air hums with murmured mantras and the earthy scent of incense.Explore hidden gems around the stupa. As twilight paints the stupa golden, reflect on your journey amid this transcendent atmosphere.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 6

As your journey through Nepal's cultural wonders comes to a close, enjoy a final morning soaking in the spiritual ambiance of Boudhanath. Take one last stroll around the ancient stupa as morning prayers fill the air, or savor a farewell cup of masala tea while watching the sunlight illuminate the monument's all-seeing eyes. The timeless rhythm of monks' chants and spinning prayer wheels provides a serene backdrop for reflection on your unforgettable experiences - from medieval temples to mountain vistas, and the warm hospitality of village homestays. Though your departure marks the end of this adventure, the memories of Nepal's rich heritage and breathtaking landscapes will remain with you long after you've left this magical valley behind.
